This coupe is an ever so slightly stylized version of the classic rounded bowl. The bowl is deep in the center with just barely flat vertical sides at the rim. The lip is not rolled thick, but remains somewhat thin, though it is protected from chips by the bowl which curves wider at the sides. The stem is nicely proportioned and knobbed at the base to strenghen the attach point to the foot.
