Methylcellulose Powder



Methylcellulose is a vegan, food safe thickener & emulsifier and dietary fiber supplement. It can be used to create a vegan egg white substitute for use in cocktails.

Mix a 2% proportion with water (by weight) with .2% xanthan gum to assist thickening.

20g Methylcellulose
2g xanthan gum
1000ml water
