This glass keeps a simple form that not may people know how to use. The fact is, you can serve any cocktail in this glass, but it works best for drinks served up without ice. It is technically a fizz glass or sour, but you could serve beer samples, juice, and of course, Americanos and Champagne cocktails. It is ideal for a Sloe Gin Fizz, but could work equally well for an Absinthe Frappe.
