This amazing set features a beautifully gilded pitcher and four small glasses. The pitcher holds almost 40 ounces, so it could easily accommodate a bottle of wine, sangria or a small batch of punch. The handle is blown glass and attached at the bottom. The bowl of the pitcher has a tea-kettle shape with a thick, one inch gilded rim that sets the style of the set. The gilding is repeated on the glasses, though proportionally smaller, but still more than a half-inch of gilding. The four glasses look small but hold a generous 4.5 ounces to the rim.
