A few weeks ago, a friend of mine was asking me why she couldn't find the recipe for Hot Buttered Rum on the site. I realized it's because I had never posted it. It's time to fix that!

There are a couple schools of thought when it comes to Hot Buttered Rum. One is that the best recipe is actually not for the cocktail at all but rather a batter that you use as the basis for the drink.
