Arguably one of our favorite restaurants in Portland, Toro Bravo delivers a solid cocktail program in addition to delicious food. They offer a wide selection of sherry by the glass as well as sherry flights which isn’t very common anywhere. Sherry also works its way into several featured cocktails such as the Toro Martini and the Jerez Negroni, both of which are very nice. Another fun selection is Bartender’s Mood–something we often request anyway, and at Toro Bravo we’ve never been disappointed. With plenty of classics and originals, tap brews, wines and non-alcoholic options, settling on a favorite is difficult, but enjoying a good drink is easy.
